Integration Between Projects and Resource Linkage

AIM-HI achieves the goal of resource integration and effectiveness multiplication through the integration of sub-projects from both administrative and research aspects (as shown in the diagram below).

1. Integration of Sub-projects in the Administrative Aspect:

The four major sub-projects in the research aspect are integrated into Sub-project 2 (Academic Performance) of the administrative aspect.

2. Integration of Sub-projects in the Research Aspect:

The research sub-projects share key equipment with industry-academia partners to establish an integrated demonstration site with energy-saving and carbon-reduction benefits (as shown in the diagram below).
