If you are going to take any course from other university or department, you have to submit the attached application form by September  16.

Please note that according to Degree Requirements and Guidelines for Course Selection, Master of Science in Advanced Manufacturing Systems, National Chung Cheng University,

"The students are allowed to take elective courses offered by other departments or institutions to make up the remaining 6 or less credits. Credits earned in professional electives offered in other departments or universities shall only be included as
graduation credits if such courses are English-taught courses that have passed the review of this program’s academic affairs committee."
