Greetings from AIM-HI, Taiwan! This is Tina Yen and I'm work for Master of Science/Ph.D. Program in Advanced Manufacturing Systems, National Chung Cheng University.

We are more than happy to have you as AIM-HI students from this Fall semester and we will provide AIM-HI Scholarship, NT$8,000 per month, to whom didn’t receive Taiwan scholarship for the first semester (from September, 2022 to February, 2023). As to the rest semesters before graduation, we’ll send an announcement to our AMS students (normally two weeks before semester begins) and applicants should provide the required documents within the deadline. The continuation of scholarship grant to students will be evaluated by advisor's feedback, GPA (over 80), do not withdraw any courses, achievement of objectives, compliance with regulations and policies, and availability of funds.

Following is the list of required documents for applying AIM-HI Scholarship and I'll need you to send the soft-copied documents marked in bold below by Wed, September 7th, 2022 if you are going to apply our scholarship.

1. Application form for AIM-HI scholarship award (attached)

2. Terms of Agreement for AIM-HI International Students Scholarship Award (attached)

3. Statement of Purpose

4. A copy of the authenticated highest degree and academic transcripts.

5. A copy of a language proficiency certificate.

6. Letters of reference

7. Proof of study (scanned-copy of student ID card)

8. A scanned-copy of your Taiwan ARC

9. A 6 hours "學術研究倫理教育課程" record (https://ethics.nctu.edu.tw/)

Please note that I can only begin to process the scholarship after you obtain your CCU student ID card, Taiwan ARC and set up the bank account at CCU administrative system, normally it’ll take about a month and you may be able to receive the first payment by late September or early October.
